May 2023.- VALIRYO Technologies, a Spanish engineering company founded in 2015 will be exhibiting next May 2-4 in Las Vegas at HD Hospitality Design Expo to showcase its innovative and sustainable air body dryer that offers important advantages and benefits for hotels.
In addition, Valiryo would like to take advantage of its presence at this fair to present the "Towel Free Hotel" certification that will recognize those hotels that make a commitment to eliminating towels from their facilities and thus also show their environmental responsibility. As Ion Esandi, CEO of Valiryo, explains, "Towel washing requires a great use of both human and economic resources, but also electricity and water, on which we also pour the detergents and softeners needed to wash and disinfect the towels. Therefore, at Valiryo we believe that towels are an element that, like so many others, should be eliminated from our daily lives, especially in sectors such as hotels".
Using the revolutionary body dryer, we thereby prevent 0.55 kg of CO2 each use from directly entering the atmosphere. Therefore, this certificate will recognize those hotels that are committed to innovation and have Valiryo installed in at least 50% of their rooms.
According to studies carried out in real hotels, the economic savings achieved with Valiryo by avoiding the use of towels and all the expenses derived from their proper laundering has been stipulated at 65%.
