Thank you for choosing to exhibit at HD Expo 2023.  Please review the following instructions and guidelines to assist you in using our new online contract site.

If you wish to pay the balance by check, HD Expo must receive the full installment booth balances prior to the due date. If a check is not received, your credit card will automatically be charged for subsequent payments based on the following schedule.

  • 10% Deposit (with $3,000 Max) due with contracts submitted on or prior to May 27th, 2022 – This is a non-refundable processing fee 
     
  • 50% Deposit due with contracts submitted on or after May 28th, 2022 – Exhibitor is liable for 50% of total contract cancellations or reductions on or after this date 
     
  • 100% Deposit due with contracts submitted on or after September 3rd, 2022 – Exhibitor is liable for 100% of total contract cancellations or reductions on or after this date
