Thank you for choosing to exhibit at HD Expo 2024.  Please review the following instructions and guidelines to assist you in using our new online contract site.

If you wish to pay the balance by check, HD Expo must receive the full installment booth balances prior to the due date. If a check is not received, your credit card will automatically be charged for subsequent payments based on the following schedule.

• 10% Deposit (with $3,000 Max) due with contracts submitted on or prior to June 2^nd, 2023 – This is a non-refundable processing fee due with contract until June 2^nd, 2023
• 50% Deposit due with contracts submitted on or after June 3^rd, 2023 – Exhibitor is liable for 50% of total contract cancellations or reductions on or after this date
• 100% Deposit due with contracts submitted on or after September 1^st, 2023 – Exhibitor is liable for 100% of total contract cancellations or reductions on or after this date
