Thank you for choosing to exhibit at HD Expo 2025.  Please review the following instructions and guidelines to assist you in using our new online contract site.

If you wish to pay the balance by check, HD Expo must receive the full installment booth balances prior to the due date. If a check is not received, your credit card will automatically be charged for subsequent payments based on the following schedule.

Booth Payment Schedule:

• 10% of the total booth space fee is due by date of contract(s) submission or by June 6th, 2024 , whichever is earlier - This is a non-refundable fee

• 55% of the total booth space fee is due by June 7th, 2024  - exhibitor is liable for 55% of total contract fee on or after this date. This is a non-refundable fee
• 100% of the total booth space is due by September 5th, 2024 - exhibitor is liable for 100% of total contract fee on or after this date. This is a non-refundable fee.
