Thank you for choosing to exhibit at HD Expo 2025.  Please review the following instructions and guidelines to assist you in using our new online contract site.

If you wish to pay the balance by check, HD Expo must receive the full installment booth balances prior to the due date. If a check is not received, your credit card will automatically be charged for subsequent payments based on the following schedule.

• 10% Deposit (with $3,000 Max) due by June 6th, 2024  – This is a non-refundable processing fee due with contract 
• 55% of total Fees due by June 7th, 2024 – This is a non-refundable fee. Exhibitor is liable for 55% of total contract cancellations or reductions on or after this date
• 100% of total Fees due by September 5th, 2024 – This is a non-refundable fee. Exhibitor is liable for 100% of total contract cancellations or reductions on or after this date
