 Show Specials

  • New product

Our Brookfield pendant has an elegantly curved, three-tiered shade, and a solid brass bulb holder. It’ll make a subtle statement without outshining other design features in your space.

The fluted glass allows for 360-degree diffused light.

Antique brass is what’s called a 'living' finish because it reacts to the air and moisture around it, causing it to darken (especially in the areas you touch most). We’ve given it a head start by aging it by hand, so it has that antique look right out the box.

    • Minimal solid brass ceiling rosette with no visible screws
    • Mounting plate with knockouts and slot system for easy installation
    • Use with an E26 LED bulb
    • 67 inches of braided, adjustable cable

Our Ealing yard spotlight is designed to be directed upwards to illuminate trees, garden features, or external walls from below.

    • Use with our medium Arthur GU10 LED bulb (only suitable for use with a GU10 LED)
    • Suitable for outdoor use

Our Cambridge stirrup-style garden lights offer a more traditional look compared to our Ealing collection.

The floodlights in the collection are our biggest garden lights and will provide plenty of bright light across a large outdoor area.

This version is designed to be positioned in the ground.

Bronze is our boldest finish, but it isn’t shiny or bright, so it has a subtle side to it too. It’s a deep matte brown color that’s almost black in some lights.

    • Made from solid brass
    • Stirrup design for easy positioning of beam
    • Rotates 330° and tilts 260°
    • Must use with our Kent 16W GU10 LED bulb for 1720lm output

UNDER EMBARGO UNTIL April 1st, 2026, - Corston Architectural Detail, the distinguished creator of architectural details, has unveiled the latest additions to its lighting collection. Made from solid brass, the range has 18 new products, all designed and developed in-house from the headquarters in the English countryside. Available in the brand's signature three finishes: polished nickel, antique brass, and bronze, customers can expect products that masterfully blend both aesthetic and functionality.

The hero product of the launch is the Brookfield Pendant Light, which is available in two sizes and has a hand-blown fluted glass shade. Arguably, the most popular place to use pendants is above a kitchen island – or a dining table – but if used right, they can feature throughout the home, and combining them will often create the perfect solution for larger spaces. They cast functional, localised pools of light, and paired with dimmable bulbs and retractable switches, they’ll add plenty of easily adjustable atmosphere too.

David Gray, co-founder and product director, says, “Lighting is a relatively new category for us, particularly garden lights. However, we’ve had a strong year, and we are looking forward to producing more, especially as we are seeing demand for options across the exterior space - outside the front door, above the garage, and around the garden office. Our stylish Cambridge spotlights steal the show, while our energy-efficient LED floodlights effectively illuminate driveways, trees, and entire home facades.”

For garden light,s customers can opt for either the Cambridge stirrup-style garden lights or the Ealing range. Outdoor lighting generally falls into one of two categories: functional or decorative. The Ealing products are perfect for those looking for functional lighting. Used to directly illuminate pathways, driveways, and doorways, as well as steps and paved or decked surfaces.

With products shipping swiftly within the US in just 1–5 days, Corston continues to make its distinctive blend of thoughtful design and quality craftsmanship more accessible than ever to the American market.

Designed and engineered in the UK, Corston specializes in producing high-quality solid brass switches and outlets, hardware, and lighting – promising to elevate your interior projects.

Instead of following changing trends, the brand focuses on creating perfectly proportioned, timeless designs to suit both modern and traditional retail and commercial properties. The collections are available in three signature finishes – antique brass, polished nickel, and bronze – to ensure that the products from all three categories coordinate seamlessly.

  • Customers can now personalize their switches through a newly launched customization service from Corston, available directly on its website. The new service allows homeowners, designers, and trade professionals to tailor the switch details to suit their specific interior schemes. The online platform streamlines the process, guiding users through the available options and enabling them to visualize and order their bespoke switches with ease, starting from approximately $300.
  • New York, 2026 - As the design world looks ahead to 2026, a clear shift is emerging toward interiors that feel warmer, more human, and deeply considered. Corston Architectural Detail is embracing this evolution, aligning its work with the year’s defining trends: natural materials, sculptural forms, rich color palettes, statement surfaces, and conscious design.

“At a time when clients are craving authenticity, we’re seeing a return to materials and details that feel honest, tactile, and built to last,” says Nick Burrows, Sales and Strategic Projects Director at Corston Architectural Detail. “The emphasis is no longer on perfection or uniformity, but on character, craftsmanship, and spaces that age beautifully over time.”

Trend 1 - Natural Materials, Texture & Craftsmanship

2026 marks a renewed appreciation for artisanal finishes and tactile materials - from reclaimed wood and eco-textiles to hand-crafted tiles and textured surfaces. Rather than polished, mass-produced finishes, designers are embracing imperfection and bespoke detailing.

“For us, craftsmanship has always been central,” Burrows adds. “Custom millwork, reclaimed materials, and hand-finished surfaces allow us to create architectural details that tell a story - pieces that feel personal and enduring rather than disposable.”

    high quality products

Trend 2 - Curves, Organic Forms & Sculptural Architecture

Rigid minimalism is giving way to softer, more organic architecture. Curved islands, arched doorways, and fluid transitions are shaping interiors that feel calmer, more inviting, and human-scaled.

“Organic geometry creates an emotional response,” says Burrows. “When you introduce curves and sculptural forms, spaces immediately feel more welcoming. It’s an opportunity for architectural detail to guide how people move through and experience a room.”

Trend 3  - Bold Color, Warm Palettes & Earth-Inspired Hues

Stark whites and cool greys are being replaced by clay tones, terracotta, olive greens, and deep, smoky blues — often layered with texture to create depth and warmth.

“Color is becoming more expressive and personal,” Burrows notes. “When paired with natural materials and thoughtful detailing, these palettes help interiors feel grounded and lived-in, not trend-driven.”

Trend 4 - Stone, Statement Surfaces & Mixed Materials

Dramatic stone slabs, bold veining, and raw-edge finishes are turning surfaces into focal points, while the thoughtful mixing of wood, stone, metal, and plaster adds richness and contrast.

“The junctions between materials are where architecture really comes alive,” says Burrows. “We focus on those transitions — stone meeting wood, texture against smooth — to elevate surfaces from functional to expressive.

    Trend 5 - Reuse & Eco-Conscious Design

Sustainability continues to move beyond a checkbox, becoming integral to both aesthetics and storytelling. Reclaimed materials, adaptive reuse, and circular design practices are shaping projects with meaning and longevity.

“Responsible sourcing and reuse aren’t just better for the environment - they create spaces with soul,” Burrows explains. “Designing with what already exists often results in richer, more compelling architecture.”

    Designing for the Future

These trends resonate across Corston’s diverse audience - from homeowners seeking individuality, to developers focused on long-term value, to design-forward clients evolving beyond minimalism.

“Our goal is to help clients invest in architectural detail that stands the test of time,” says Burrows. “By focusing on quality, sustainability, and human-centered design, we’re creating spaces that feel relevant today and meaningful well into the future.”

    Quotes:

“What captures me about our assortment is the intricate details—like the curve of a doorknob or the elegant twist of a wall light. I believe that these fixtures and fittings are just as important as statement furniture pieces.”

“Our design process begins with detailed drawings, which serve as the foundation for any project. These sketches allow our designers to visualise concepts and explore various ideas before moving on to more intricate stages of development. By creating initial drafts, designers can effectively communicate their vision and make necessary adjustments early in the process.”

“No other brand is offering what we do: quality products, designed by us, at an affordable price point with unmatched lead times. Now operating in 13 markets, we’re confident that the American consumer will welcome our unrivalled product portfolio.”
